Why the wire diameter I received is thinner than I ordered?

Tips about difference of wire diameter. Normally the actual wire diameter you get is thinner than your required specification. Here is the reason.
About Weft wire, the diameter of weft wire is almost the same with your required specification. 1%-3% tolerance may exsit. Because the raw material wire we purchased from wire factory have the same torelance too. This tolerance is because of the drawing process of wire.
About Wrap wire, the diameter is normally O.03-0.05 thinner than your required specification. That is because the weaving procedure. During weaving, the warp wire is highly stretched by the machine, it became thinner because of its own elongation rate.
This happens to every size plain weave wire cloth.

The thicker the wire, the bigger tolerance may exist.
